In this role, I delivered consistent customer service while maintaining a clean, organized, and up-to-date store environment. I managed cashier responsibilities across both locations, accurately uploading incoming shipments into the system and guiding team members on effective product organization. Additionally, I was entrusted with opening and closing the store on most days, ensuring smooth daily operations and a high standard of presentation.
I assisted shoppers during peak retail seasons, including Black Friday and Christmas, ensuring a smooth and positive experience in a high-demand, fast-paced environment. I greeted customers, answered product questions, and helped them locate items efficiently while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor despite heavy foot traffic. My support helped reduce wait times and improve overall store flow, especially during major promotional events. Through these responsibilities, I strengthened my ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and provide exceptional service under pressure.
