The current state of the industry is highly saturated with rising costs of digital content. There is intense competition within this industry across advertising platforms. AI is beginning to be incorporated into the transformation of how brands are connecting with their consumers. This being said, brands are seeking to differentiate themselves among competitors through authenticity, inclusivity, and sustainability initiatives. These trends present opportunities for brands to incorporate micro and nano influencers instead of expensive celebrities to promote their products or services, as well as expanding cross-industry collaboration and digital tools for personalization and transparency for consumers.
